Logan Dintaman, a junior at Dallastown, likes to get his hands messy in the kitchen.

Dintaman is passionate about cooking and drink making, saying that his favorite thing to make in the kitchen is boba.

He started this hobby after getting a cookbook from a local bookstore and following a recipe inside, automatically igniting his passion for cooking.

Through this activity, Dintaman has grown closer to his family and truly values that.

“Bonding with family is one of the most important things,” Dintaman said.

Despite not wanting to go into cooking professionally, Dintaman still loves this hobby and believes it to be a good skill to learn.

Dintaman thinks more people should give cooking a try and not be scared.

“It’s portrayed to be hard to get into…you have to sort of set expectations. It’s okay to cook a little simpler,” Dintaman said.
