Maggie Polek is a current junior at Dallastown Area High School and is in her first year writing The Beacon. She's a part of the school's softball team, marching band, and honors choir. Outside of school, Maggie enjoys being a member of multiple volunteer teams, working outdoors, and participating in the arts. In the future, Maggie plans to get a degree in psychology and go into the mental health field.
