Jay Zell, a sophomore at Dallastown High School joined The Beacon newspaper this year. Some interests Jay has is writing, drawing, and skateboarding. They used to play softball and are planning on joining the York Townships team next year. When Jay graduates they plan on being either an artist, a journalist, or an architect. Some types of articles they would like to write for The Beacon are opinion pieces on common things people argue about, feature stories about popular books/TV shows, and breaking news that goes on in Dallastown or anything that relates to Dallastown.
