Abbey is a junior this year, and this is her first year on the Beacon staff, as well as her second year in journalism classes. Outside of the Beacon, she likes to travel and spend time with her family and friends. Abbey has been a swimmer for seven years and is on the Dallastown Swim Team. She is also a member of various clubs, such as the yearbook club, Mini-THON entertainment committee, the National Honor Society, and Interact club. In the future, she would like to go to college and major in English Communications in hopes of either going into law or business. She enjoys writing feature stories and working with sports and social media for the Beacon.
