Fall Play Goes Virtual

Even though art classes are virtual, the students are still able to make funomenal pieces of art. The students in Miss. Doyon’s class are in the work of creating shadings as shown in the picture above. This student, Evelin Hoving, is in class using class materials but is still social distanced.

Sculpey projects, above made by Riley Sharp, in Miss. Doyon's sculpture class are still offered in school with some social distancing. As they work tools are sanitized and each student does their best to work independently and not get too close to each other.

Sculpey projects like the one above, created by Katie Durgin, are made during in-person sculpture classes. Miss. Doyon does her best to make sure her students this year get the same experience as students in years past.

Copper sheet projects (above made by Riley Sharp) remain a part of in-person learning that cannot be recreated at home. In-person classes are attempting to provide students with opportunities to create that still allow for social distancing.

Teaching a student online, Miss. Doyon critiques artwork shown shown to her over zoom. Students are asked to show their reference and their drawing so Doyon can help them better their art.

Mrs. McCleary, chorus teacher, is the head of the Performing Arts Department.
