Sophia Caltagirone, Reporter
Sophia Caltagirone is a 17 year old senior and it is her first year on The Beacon Staff. She is also the Editor-In-Chief for the yearbook “The Spectator.” Caltagirone is the Vice President of the Fashion Club and one of the heads of the Mini THON Morale Committee. She’s also involved in the Big Buddy Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Concert Choir, and DPAC (Dallastown Performing Arts Club); she works at Golden Crust Pizza in Red Lion. Caltagirone’s outside interest is volleyball, which she started playing in 7th grade. She has managed the Boys’ Volleyball in 10th grade, and is part of 8 clubs. Caltagirone likes to write Feature Stories, Opinion Articles, Arts & Entertainment, and enjoys anything that describes fashion. Her future plans include writing fashion magazines as a Fashion Journalist
